    第三阶梯培训课邀请学员运用在第一和第二阶梯学到的管控知识帮助一个案例企业解决管控实践中的问题。学员将研讨如何改进和优化企业的管控体系,以变革使者的身份推动企业发展。另外,本阶梯还将研讨部分管控专题,比如风险管理、以企业价值为导向的管控,以及管控职能部门(自身)的管控等。

    The Stage 3 Seminar asks the trainees to apply controlling knowledge learnt in Stage 1 and 2 for solving different problems in the controlling practice of a case company. It enables discussion about how to improve and optimize controlling system and how to become a agent of change promoting business development. In addition, it also presents some specific topics of controlling, such as risk management, value-based controlling, and (self-)controlling of controlling function etc.
