2025年版全中文五阶梯培训课程在总体课程结构上与德方原版保持一致，每阶梯课程名称以及各阶梯的前后顺序与德语原版完全相同。每阶梯课程内容与德语原版基本一致，但有少量内容根据中国国情进行了本地化处理。在培训时长方面，德文原版课程每阶梯线下公开课为期5天， 但考虑到在华企业实际情况，中文版课程每阶梯的线下公开课为期3天，课堂上不做讲解或只做简要讲解的内容和案例资料学员可以在课前课后在网上课堂上学习完成。

In terms of overall program structure, the 2025 latest version of the 5-Stages Training Program in Chinese language is consistent with the German origin. The course name of each stage seminar and the order of the stage seminars are exactly the same as the German original.
