2025年最新版全中文五阶梯培训课程，在内容方面紧跟德语原版教材最近几年的更新，新增了反映企业管控实践最新发展潮流的课题，比如商务智能和数据分析、可持续性发展和ESG管控、财务和管控的数字化、以及管控师面临的新角色和新技能的挑战等等。另外，2025年最新版全中文五阶梯课程中各阶梯的名称和前后顺序与德语原版保持了一致。这里需要提示的是，我们对原先由上海德谌咨询公司推出的全中文版本中的第三阶梯的名称（“管理控制的实践”）和阶梯排序（“第三阶梯”）作了修改，恢复了这个阶梯在德语原版教材中的排序（“第四阶梯”），并采用了一个更接近德文原版课程名称的称呼（“企业计划和实施”）。第一阶梯的名称则完全直译了德语原版第一阶梯的名称("管控师最佳实践“）。

The latest 2025 version of the 5-Stages training seminars in Chinese closely follows the updates of the original German textbook in recent years in terms of content, and has added new topics which reflect the latest development trends in controlling practices, such as business intelligence and data analytics, sustainability and ESG controlling, digitalization of finance and controlling, and the challenges of new roles and new skills faced by controllers, etc. In addition, the name and order of the stage seminars in the 2025 version of the 5-Stages training program in Chinese language are consistent with the German origin. Please notice that, in the old Chinese version launched by Shanghai De Chen Consulting, one had a stage seminar with the name "Controlling Implementation" which was placed as the “Stage 3” seminar. In the 2025 version, we have restored its original order in the 5-Stages Program ("Stage 4") and have used the new Chinese name "Planning and Implementation" which is closer to its German origin. And Stage 1 seminar has now a name which is a direct translation of the original German name ("Controllers Best Practice").
