第四阶梯培训课邀请学员运用在其他阶梯学到的管控知识,帮助一个案例企业解决管控实践中的问题。学员将研讨如何改进和优化企业的管理会计和计划体系,在管控好损益的同时协助企业做好流动性管控和融资决定,以变革使者的身份推动企业发展。另外,本阶梯还将研讨部分管控专题,比如风险管理、以企业价值为导向的管控以及管控职能部门(自身)的管理控制等等。
The Stage IV Seminar asks the trainees to apply controlling knowledge learnt in previous Stage seminars for solving different problems in the controlling practice of a case company. It enables discussion about how to improve and optimize management accounting and planning system in practice, how to help management to enhance liquidity controlling and take better decisions for financing, and to become an agent of change promoting business development. In addition, it also presents some specific topics of controlling, such as risk management, value-based controlling, and (self-)controlling of controlling function etc.
